Just some funnies...

My family has instructed me to share some of the funny things YouYou has said recently...so here you go!

This took place several days before we got PA for our daughter so YouYou did not know anything about her yet. I had put some curls in her hair one morning, and I had worn my hair with some curl that day too. We were at Publix and she had to use the restroom. While waiting on her to finish up, I looked in the mirror at myself, then looked at her...

Me: Look...our hair is almost the same length and we both have curls today! 

YouYou: Yay! We look like SISTERS! 

Me: Uh, ok!
 

YouYou: Mommy, if God ever does let us have a sister you need to let me pick it out because that way you don't mess up and pick a boy again.

 

Hilarious! And it would be even more funny if you could hear me say it with her little Chinese accent :) Yes, she has been home for 4 years and still kind of sounds Chinese :) I think she thinks she knows a LOT more than her parents, don't you? I thought that wasn't supposed to start until she was a teenager?
